Hi!
I’m Lauren.
I’m a clinical psychologist and yoga teacher of over two decades and the founder of the Yoga Psychology Institute.
After navigating the muddy waters of yoga and psychology for many years, I have found a way that lights me up, is profoundly helpful for my clients and students and is legally and ethically legit.
While we know that yoga can be an effective part of contemporary mental health care, this isn’t always well understood by the systems we work in, so getting clarity on the ethical and legal landscape is important.
But it doesn’t have to scary, promise!
