There is a great divide between completing your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and bringing what you learnt into your clinical work.
We’re currently taking expressions of interest for our new program to bridge this gap, as we support Mental Health Professionals who are also Yoga Teachers move beyond the confines of talk therapy and facilitate embodied transformation.

YOGA SKILLS FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
You know from experience that yoga is great for your own mental health. Now it’s time to bring what you practice on your yoga mat into your clinical work.
Join us for this six-week online training and learn evidence-based yoga practices to help clients self regulate, cultivate calm and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress & trauma. No yoga teaching experience needed.

1:1 COACHING
A three-month personalised coaching program with Dr Lauren Tober, for Mental Health Professionals who are also Yoga Teachers, looking for support to integrate yoga into their work.
Instead of trying to figure it out alone, learn from Dr Lauren’s 20 years of experience to deepen your knowledge of yoga psychology, design your offerings and create a sustainable and profitable business you love.
